What changes in your business practices did you make due to the pandemic that you intend to keep once restrictions have been lifted?
- Focus on remaining flexible in the use of communication platforms throughout the future
- Virtual sessions. And yes as much as possible
- Increased Virtual Sessions
- Working from home
- Added a marketplace, intranet, remote work, new service lines, new offices, another 70 team members, etc. All of which is sticking around post-pandemic.
- Take advantage of the Ease of virtual (Zoom, Teams) contact to stay in touch, even if briefly, with clients and colleagues.
- Providing PPE to members. Offering an online platform for conferences, educational programs.
- Ability to work from home for staff
- Higher % staff teleworking part-time + full use of MS Teams for effective meetings and integrated more internal systems together for automated processes + more flexible PTO and flextime + automated HRIS using ADP Workforce Now
- Performing functions virtually. While some of this will go away, I fully expect to limit travel where possible to control travel expenses for our clients.
- Remote work, speed meetings via zoom
- Increased level of video conferences
- We will continue keeping remote working in place as an option for non-local hires.
- Will keep some client sessions virtual.
- Continued use of Zoom and similar platforms for meetings; Continue working from home as company policy allows; Less attendance at live events (more of a focus on virtual attendance where possible); Participate in internet learning (vs. live attendance) opportunities where offerings allow
- More Zoom meeting and less in-person meetings
- Work from home for most of the staff
- We will be more flexible with allowing work from home more regularly.
- Zoom meetings
- Working from home and other locations, not in an office. Video meetings … ironically never really did those often before. Encourage video interviews for my clients to expedite interview processes.
- Continue to meet by Zoom
- More virtual meetings
- Staff can request to work from home, and in most instances, will be allowed. Has been effective for us.
- Work a lot more from home, and guarding my time more jealously.
- Zoom / Teams / Online Meetings – in particular for introductory calls. Seems less intrusive but if you can see their face it works. Better than a phone call. Also, the use of online tools such as Docusign
- The only change I made was working solely via Zoom and phone, but I plan to change that.
- Use zoom more for initial discussions with prospects to pre-qualify before moving to personal meetings.
- Staying virtual
