Northern Virginia-based management consulting firm, Greenhouse Consulting, announces the addition of federal contracting executive Vince Kiernan, who joins the firm as a Managing Director. Most recently, he was President of McLean-based MCR.

With over 30 years of experience as both a consultant to and operator of businesses, Kiernan has extensive experience working with small, middle market, and public companies, from initial growth through IPO. He has been a key participant in over 20 successful merger and acquisition transactions. This includes targeting, deal negotiation, due diligence, financing, closing, and post-merger integration of combined businesses. In addition, he has helped set strategies for long-term internal growth including building the management team, establishing back office efficiencies and business development targeting. At Greenhouse Kiernan will work primarily with business owners, CEOs, and CFOs, building growth and acquisition strategies, addressing operational obstacles to growth, and preparing companies for transactions.

“We are thrilled that Vince is joining Greenhouse. He is a well-known leader in the federal contractor community. Our business owner clients will benefit from his deep industry knowledge and his experience, which includes leading growth companies and executing successful buy-side and sell-side transactions,” said Managing Partner Bill Rossello

Since opening its doors in 2016, Greenhouse has expanded its footprint and client base serving small and mid-market companies in federal government contracting, technology, professional services, engineering, and science.
